Fabulous Facilitation (Part 2)
Innovative Games and ideas to engage groups
This hands-on evening workshop picks up where Part 1 left off and is packed with further innovative ice breakers, group games and team energizers! Interactive and dynamic as always, this workshop will give participants more exciting resources and ideas for workshops, meetings, and training sessions. Furthermore, it will cover more team challenges, awareness activities, and group initiatives, and delve deeper into how to effectively debrief a learning experience. At Possibilities, we believe in "learning-by-doing", and participants can expect to be actively involved in all parts of this workshop. Since participants from many organizations and municipalities attend, the workshop also offers a wonderful chance to network between organizations.
* Note: It is recommended, but not necessary, that participants have attended Possibilities' Fabulous Facilitation, Part 1, workshop, prior to attending this one.
You will learn:
- Icebreakers and get-to-know-you games to welcome and warm groups up.
- Team energizers and group games to spice things up and keep everyone on their toes.
- Awareness activities that can be used in a variety of workshop situations.
- Group initiatives and team challenges.
- Tips on how to debrief an "experience" effectively and connect the learning to the experience.
- Effective communication activities.
- Ideas to close groups on a high note that can be adapted for any adult learning situation.
